Acquivest welcomes our newest team member, Zack Schwartz. Zack will serve as Vice President of Commercial Real Estate. He will bring his knowledge of acquisitions, investment & asset management, development, and syndication to the team..

This hire marks another step in the expansion of our Orlando-based transaction team.  "We are very excited to work with Zack", says Jon Molayem, president of Acquivest.  "As VP of Commercial Real Estate, he will bring over nearly a decade of hands-on experience of syndicating, negotiating, leasing and managing real estate within the industrial sector.  Having worked with him for a few years already, his versatility will serve as a major asset for us, our existing commercial portfolio and for our clients, many of whom own their real estate, and it shows when I work with him to negotiate upcoming deals."

Previously, Zack was a partner in 2 web-based internet companies with sales over $30,000,000, leading a team over 80, in the United States and internationally. Before becoming a Real Estate investor, Zack graduated with his MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and was the Entrepreneurial Scholar of Distinction at venVelo, an early stage venture capital firm in Winter Park, Florida.
